About Me

Wa'alaykum Salam, and thank you for being here.

My name is Fiza Tajwar. I began my journey of service in 2018 by founding the Imam Mahdi (aj) Awareness Campaign, followed by Al Mahdi Halal Foodbank in 2019, supporting Shia families across Manchester during the pandemic. These experiences opened my heart to the psychological and spiritual challenges many in our community face.

Driven by a passion to support others, I pursued counselling and therapeutic coaching to create a safe, faith-anchored space for healing. My practice is grounded in the teachings of the Holy Quran and the Ahlulbayt (as), and I aim to help clients reconnect with their spiritual core while navigating mental health challenges without shame or fear.

Mental and spiritual wellness go hand in hand. As Allah (swt) says in the Qur'an, “I will not change the condition of people until they change what is within themselves” (13:11). I’ve lived this truth—and now I offer what I’ve learned to help you do the same.

You are not alone. I’m here to walk alongside you, with compassion and hope, toward healing for this world and the next.

Duas, Fiza Tajwar
